Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities
- Design documents & drawing review.
- Mechanical system design calculation & Equipment sizing, GFC Drawings & technical documents review.
- Coordination with various design consultants and venders & contractors.
- Tender document study & bid preparation, estimation & costing of system and value engineering.
- Design documents & drawing review.
- Should have good network of vendors / suppliers / subcontractors.
- Updated information on Competitors movements.
- Build the platform to share knowledge and information about customers across the business lines
Desired Candidate Profile
- Experience in design / verification of Ventilation / Fire Fighting ( preferably Tunnel / Metro ), work with draftsman for preparation of layouts / drawing , should be able to work out project quantity, coordinate with other services like Electrical / Scada., Knowledge of following Calculations: Tunnel ventilation system, firefighting system, other fire protection system, able to discuss Independent with Client / consultant for Drawing and TDS approval
