Interpretation of Civil and Structural Drawing.
Reviewing and maintaining Input/output Drawings/ Documents.
Preparing Bar Bending Schedule.
. Allotting work to Labors / Sub Contractors.
Allocation of Manpower based on the requirement and controlling of Man-hours.
Preventing the slippages & devising recovery plans. • In discussion with the project team, revising the schedule for recovery by analyzing schedule slippages & impacts.
Communication of plans & targets for various departments to effectively get the job done.
Supervision of construction work.
Preparing Schedule of Material used and Available. Preparing work chart Schedule.
Updating the schedules on a periodical basis and releasing look ahead & exceptional reports
