Role and Responsibilities:

You will be part of Operations team responsible for delivery of Integrated Electronic Security projects to their conclusion. You will manage the projects for key customers by using your combination customer and project management skills equipped with extensive security system knowledge.

Expectations & Tasks:

  • Lead each project through AVTEL’s project life cycle processes. Manage the project from start to completion including the resolution of project issues.
  • Create a Project Delivery Schedule that may include financial, resource and material’s Ordering and Delivery requirements.
  • Responsible for the Project Budget. Monthly cost forecasts and achieving projected revenues and gross margins
  • Manage project related communications within and outside of the project.
  • Proactively identify risks, communicate to appropriate stakeholders and develops a risk mitigation strategy.
  • Effectively identify and resolve issues.
  • Obtain approval scope/cost/schedule/ quality changes through the project sponsor (AVTEL’s Operations Manager / Customer).
  • Provide leadership to project staff including project vendors, partners or subcontractors.
  • Build an effective Team. Promote and recognise the contribution of team members and create a positive work environment.
  • Create or re-engineer processes, resources, structure to gain productivity and improve project.
  • Develop best practices. Initiate or participate in industry trend analysis and other project benchmarking, contributes to development of training

Skills, Culture and Experience:

  • MUST have Project Management experience in the Electronic Security Industry.
  • MUST have experience with Integrated Security Solutions (Access Control, CCTV Camera, Bio-metrics, Intruder Systems)
  • Has leadership skills and experience working with project teams and account teams.
  • Team player, collaborator and self-starter.
  • Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Time and Task Management – ability to manage multiple deliverables
  • Knowledge of the principles, methods, and tools of Quality Assurance and Quality Control

Qualification:

  • Certification in Project Management
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹800,000.00 – ₹900,000.00 per year

Experience:

  • Project Management in Electronic Security: 3 years (Required)
