Job description:

Position: Project Engineer (Hot Tapping & Line Stop)
Exp: 3-6 yrs
Salary range: Hike on Current Package
Qualification: Diploma or BE/ B.Tech (Mechanical)          
Job Location: Aligarh

Desired Candidate Profile:   

·     Should be from Mechanical Engineering background.
·     Should be self motivated, proactive & possess positive attitude.
·     Must have exposure to work independently or under minimal supervision.
·     Having exceptional good technical knowledge
·     Ability to work with minimum supervision and handle multiple tasks.

Job Responsibility for Project Engineer

1 Safety-
A Taking care of safety at workshop and site.
B Preparing Tool Box talks & Safety meeting on daily bases at Job site.
C Preparing JSA/ RA / HIRA as per site / project requirement.

2-Operations-
A-Operation of Hot tapping & Line Stop Equipment.
B-Carry out the Pneumatic / hydro test of Hot tapping & Line stop equipment before mobilization.
C-Assembly and installation of Hot tapping & line Stop Equipment.
D-Preparing Tools & Tackle List. 
E-Taking care of Mobilization and demobilization. 
F- Improvement Suggestions for Hot tapping & Line Stop Equipment.

3-Projects-
A -Carry out the site visit for new enquire or allotted projects. 
B-Giving Technical input for tender process.
C-Preparing the Method Statement.
D-Preparing On Site ITP / QAP for Hot tapping & Line Stop Activity.
E-Follow up with the Client for the approval process of Pre job Documentations.
F-Preparing and taking approval from DPR, Pneumatic / hydro test reports, Project completion certificate.
