01. VP/AVP/GM/Project-Coordinator-(Code No.-PC01)
BE (Civil)/DCE with experience 15 years & above in planning & execution of highway projects with expertise in contract administration, project
monitoring, leading execution teams, co-ordination with clients/independent engineer/consultants/authorities.
02. VP/AVP/GM/DGM/AGM (Contracts)-(Code No.-CONO2)
BE (Civil)/DCE (Civil) with experience 10 years & above in comprehensive handling all the techno-contractual matters of infrastructure projects
more particularly highway projects and fully conversed with NHAI MORTH, FIDIC and other contracts (EPC & PPP) with excellent drafting skills.
03. VP/AVP/GM/DGM/AGM/Manager (Accounts/Audit/finance)-(Code No.-AAF03)
CA (Inter) with experience ranging from 10 to 20 years or CA (final) with experience ranging from 7 to 20 years’ experience in Infrastructure/ construction sector, well versed with project accounting, preparation & finalization of balance Sheets, MIS reports etc. Preference will be
given to candidates having experience in SAP. 04. AVP/GM/DGM/AGM/Senior Manager (Designs)-(Code No:-DESIGN04)
BE (Civil) with post-graduation in Structures/GT/Transportation Engineering with experience with minimum 10 years & above in design & detailed engineering of highways, pavements, bridges & other structures incl. co-ordination with clients, authority/independent engineers/
consultants.
05. AVP/GM/DGM/AGM (Purchase)-(Code No.-PUROS)
BE (Mechanical) /MBA, with experience of 10 to 25 years in procurement incl. market study & analysis, techno-commercial evaluation of machinery, construction materials/ items, life-cycle cost analysis & financial negotiations, vendor development with sound knowledge in SAP.
06. VP/AVP/GM (HR)-(Code No.-HR06)
MBA/MSW from reputed institute with minimum 10 to 25 years’ experience in construction industry of corporate level and who taken care of all HR & ER functions including formulation of HR policies, KRA, KPI,PMS, TA, Salary Negotiations, Statutory Compliances, Handling Legal/Court
Matters, Organization Development, Succession planning, Learning & Development for day to day smooth operation & administration of
Organization.
07. GM (GST)-(Code No.-GST07)
CA/LLB- Taxation with minimum 15 years & above experience in Infrastructure/ construction sector with hands on expertise in both indirect and direct taxation including GST, IT, Custom & excise Duties, at both corporate project site levels with sound knowledge in SAP.
08. GM/DGM/AGM (INSURANCE)-(Code No.-IN508)
Postgraduate with experience of 15 years & above in insurance department of Engineering, Procurement and Construction sector with hands
on experience in procuring best policies with comprehensive coverage at optimal costs with tireless submission of insurance claims, follow up till their realization with sound knowledge in SAP.
(B). Positions at Corporate Office (Water Projects/Under JJM Scheme)
09. VP/AVP/GM/DGM/AGM (Water Supply Sector)-(Code No.-JM09) B.E (Civil)/ DCE with experience ranging from Minimum 10 to 30 Years of experience in reputed water Infrastructure companies having
Handled large scale surface and underground based water supply projects including independent handling of project Formulation/Budgeting/Planning/Execution/Testing & Commissioning under very challenging delivery schedules including their successful
operation & maintenance.
10. Sr. Project Manager/Project Manager (Code No.-JJM10)
B.E (Civil)/DCE with experience ranging from Minimum 10 to 20 Years to plan, execute, Monitor, Test and commission of water supply under strict deadlines and within budgeted costs including hands on experience in quality control, Materials reconciliation and billing. projects
11. GM/AGM/Sr. Manager/Manager (Billing & Planning) (Code No.-JJM11) B.E (Civil)/ DCE with experience ranging from Minimum 10 to 20 Years of Experience in planning, Client and sub-contractor/vendor billing
(quantity surveying) of water supply projects, with hands on experience in material and sub-contractor reconciliation, projects scheduling etc. C). Positions at Project Site (Highway Projects)
12. Chief Project Manager/Sr. Project Manager/Project Manager (Code No.-PM12)
BE (Civil)/DCE with experience ranging from minimum 15 to 25 years in end to end project management including planning/execution, Quality
control, Contract administration of highway projects comprising both flexible & rigid pavements, structures including coordination with clients, authority/independent engineers, design consultants with hands on working on NHAI projects.
(D). Positions at Corporate Office SPV of PPP based Highway Projects(Concessionaire Companies) 13. VP/AVP/GM (Accounts/finance)-(Code No.-A&F13)
CA with experience ranging from minimum 15 years & above in construction/highway sector, well versed with SPV accounting, taxation, preparation & finalization of balance Sheets & generation of various MIS reports with sound knowledge and hands on experience in SAP.
