The company is seeking individuals with experience in various roles, including site engineers, project managers, planning engineers, and quality control engineers.
Candidates applying for these roles must have a degree in civil engineering, with a minimum of five years of experience in hydroelectric projects. Candidates with experience in tunneling, dam construction, and underground powerhouse construction are preferred. They must also have strong communication and management skills, be able to work independently or as part of a team, and be able to manage stakeholders effectively.
The selected candidates will be responsible for the construction of the hydroelectric project and will oversee the entire project, from planning to execution. They will also be responsible for ensuring that the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
