Roles and Responsibilities

• The Quality Assurance and Control Manager shall be Professional Engineer with relevant years of experience and shall be a QA/QC Managers on similar size and type of construction projects, should have experience in bored cast in-situ piles, piers, precast, pier caps, elevated stations etc.
• Responsible for Developing and Implementing Project Quality Plan.
• Coordinating & monitoring Site Quality Control by establishing ISO 9001-2015 QMS system.
• Guidance to QA/QC engineers for client management regarding QA/QC matters and regarding approval of mix designs & materials used at site.
• Review of Mix designs of Concrete of the Projects.
• To establish Site QC Labs at sites to meet Field Testing requirements of the Project, identifying Material Sources and their approval from Client.
• To review/monitor calibration plan and calibration status of Lab equipment of all the site labs & to conduct calibration when necessary.
• To prepare / review of QC documents for ISO certification as and when required, and to conduct internal audits at site level at regular intervals.
• To review QAPs / ITP’s as and when required and to monitor the inspection of incoming materials at site, to conduct all types of testing for fresh and hard concrete, assurance of the quality of cement, aggregate, water, reinforcement steel, admixture and all materials used in the project.
• Submission & Approval of mix designs of concrete grade like M15, M35, M45, M45, M50, M60, M50 (SCC), M60 (SCC) & M75 from Client.
• To conduct pre pour and post pour inspection,
• To conduct calibration of Lab equipment’s (when necessary),
• To develop and revise (when necessary) QAPs / Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), QA/QC test procedure and formats,

B.Tech/B.E. in Civil, Diploma in Civil
