Job description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Specialized in handling Electrical & Mechanical materials
- Experience in handing procurement of DG Set, Transformers, Wires, Cables, LT, and HT Control Panels, Electrical Switchgears, White Goods, Water Heaters, Fans, Light Fixtures, Electrical accessories, Pumps, Video Door Phone, Automation and Security system, HVAC, Fire Fighting, Elevators, Hoist, etc.
- Floating inquiries, obtaining quotations, making techno-commercial comparative statements.
- Negotiate prices, terms, and/ or delivery timelines and place an order with the supplier.
- Coordinate with internal & External stakeholder.
- Arranging samples for approval.
- Issuing Purchase & Service Orders, Posting Advance, follow up for delivery and GRN, Ledger reconciliation.
- Market and factory visit, competitor site visit.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and SAP.
Desired Candidate Profile: BE/Dip (Electrical/Mech) is preferred. Must have MEP procurement experience of 3-5 yrs. with construction/real estate industry in Pune.
