PROJECT MANAGER/CONSTRUCTION MANAGER
Qualification: ME/BE/Diploma (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical) Responsibility: Understanding of project management of water supply projects, able to manage contracts, project stake holder, manage local laison, able to build team and mobilise resources:
Knowledge of costing and project financial statement etc.
Qualification: BE/Diploma (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical)
SITE ENGINEERS
Responsibility: Experience of water supply projects, able to read construction drawings, knowledge of resources requirements, preparation of DPR, certification of work done by the client.
PMG (PLANNING & BILLING)
Qualification: BE/Diploma (Mechanical/Civil)
Responsibility: Preparation of project schedule on MSP QA/QC
Qualification: BE/Diploma (Civil)
Responsibility: Knowledge of standard exposure to QA/QC lab at site and perform internal audits as per ISO 9001: 2015 Carrying out inspection/testing of materials as per relevant IS code. Document control and management as per ISO requirement. Site quality control. Water sector experience is preferred
PROCUREMENT
Qualification: BE (Mechanical/Civil/Electrical) prospective vendors for ensuring on time deliveries of materials, achieving cost savings over project budgets & ensuring strict compliance to technical specifications for each package.
Responsibility:
Strategic sourcing, development of quantity estimation from drawings, DPR/MPR preparation, in-depth knowledge of rate analysis, budgeting and costing of BOQ items, client billing and vendor billing.
Preparation of Responsibility: Experience in construction industry store with reconciliation statements – material labor etc.,
Preparation of STORE
Qualification Graduate/PG in Material Management project c et costing, knowledge of SAP/ERP/EIP is desirable.
ACCOUNTS/COMMERCIAL
Qualification: CA Inter/ICWA Inter/MBA/M.COM. Responsibility: Capable to handle project accounting.
Responsibility: Experience erection of VT/HSC pumps commercial activities, knowledge of SAP MS Office, MIS, EPC
Quantification of E&M / MEP requirement, coordination with Engineering/Construction background is desirable. MEP SAP knowledge and experience in water project is mandatory. Qualification: BE Diploma (Mechanical/Electrical, Instrumentation & PLC SCADA)
DESIGN
Qualification: BE/BTech/MTech suppliers and clients for document approvals and commissioning of the scheme.
Responsibility: Coordination for survey, geo tech, design Experience of design of liquid retaining structures. understanding of design codes, software knowledge of STAAD and technical approval liaison with government officials Preparation of DCI, track & coordinate with client for design approvals; support site team on drawing design related issues. recruitment and coordination with site, implementations of
IR & ADMIN
Qualification: Graduation with MBA Local Bodies. Coordination with site & clients for general administration and statutory compliances. Conducting & coordinating the trainings, HR operation, manpower planning, Responsibility: Liaison with Govt., Semi Govt., Non-Govt. and policies and statutory compliances. EHS
Qualification: BE/Diploma Responsibility: Understanding of standards relating to EHS including ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001, NEBOSH / IOSH / OSHA certification. Water sector experience is preferred.
