Position :- Rail Mill – Technician – Reheating Furnace Qualification: – ITI

Experience & Industry Type: 2-8 yrs in reheating furnace Operation and Maintenance.

JD: Candidate must have good experience of Reheating furnace Operation and Maintenance and capable to handle independently Combustion and Handling system.

Possess basic knowledge on Combustion of LDO/ HFO/ B and PG gas, Stoichiometric ratio, Pressure control logic, basic interlocks, Furnace media, utility system, Oil storage, Gas Safety, Fire hazard elimination. Knowledge and exposure required on heat saving techniques, kaizens, modification for safe and consistent operations.

Basic knowledge desirable on Refractory and their application in different area of furnace.
