Looking for Position of Senior Manager / DGM / General Manager at Jindal Group’s Thermal Business (Jindal India Thermal Power – 600MW X 2), Delhi Office
Essential Qualification. Engineering Graduate with MBA/ PGD in Marketing / Finance
Preferred Experience. – Engineering Graduate with PG degree in Marketing/Sales / ACPDM
Essential Experience – 14 to 18 Years (Preferred from Power generation / Thermal Business background). Preferred Experience – 15 to 20 Years (Preferred from Power generation / Thermal Business).
Key deliverables.
Ø PPA (Power Purchase Agreements) Management
Ø Energy billing.
Ø Petition filling, Reply/ Rejoinder Submission in CERC/
APTEL.
Ø Regulatory knowledge.
Ø Participation in long term tender/ medium term tender
etc.
Ø Business development Ø Ensuring compliance to PPAs by both Seller and Discoms.
Ø Participation document preparation For Long term BID & Medium term Bid.
Ø Power Scheduling on daily basis under PPA’s/IEX. Ø Coordination with RLDC for proper scheduling of power.
Ø Preparing MIS Data
Ø Close co-ordination with Procurers Ø Knowledge of power scheduling under PPA/IEX
Ø Knowledge of Open Access Regulation Ø Thorough knowledge of Long Term, Medium Term & Short
Term PPAs
Ø Experience in Commercial activities under PPAs / Open Access
Ø Regulations, DSM accounting, transmission charges billing etc.
Ø Knowledge of PPA provisions
