1. General Manager Dy. General Manager (Contract Management)

– Location: Project Site/NCR

Degree/ Diploma in Civil Engineering with more than 20 years experience in large Civil Engineering works with hands on

experience of Contract Management in hydropower projects involving extensive underground works coordinating and

administrating the Post Award Contracts, Clients Management and Billing. He should be well versed with the FIDIC conditions of

contract and its interpretations and should have indepth knowledge of Indian Contract Act, 1672 & Arbitration and Conciliation

Act 1996 (Retired Govt. Officers with good health from reputed Govt. Depts with similar experience can also be

considered).

2. Project Engineer/Field Engineer (Civil) – Location: Project Site

Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering with 4-16 years experience in Hydro Power Projects;

(a) Billing-Experience of Contract/ Billing, Analysis of Quantities & Rates, Preparation of escalation bills, Deviation order

Quantity Surveying. Ability to study & analyze Construction Drawings and should have worked in computerized

environment

(b) QA/QC-Must be conversant with Quality Control aspects of material, concrete, shotcrete and testing thereof as per

required specifications, establish operate Quality Control Last and prepare Design Mix. Working knowledge of computer

(c) Execution-Experience of underground excavation, tunneling, concreting, dam construction, penstock machine hall,

etc. Should have good aptitude in Survey Blasting Operation and Rock Mechanics

3. Project Engineer/Field Engineer (Mechanical) – Location: Project Site

Degree Diploma in Mechanical Automobile Engineering with 4 to 16 years of working experience in Hydropower

Construction Projects in the field of

Mechanical maintenance, overhauling of heavy construction equipments machinery such as excavators, dozers,

boomers, LMV’s TATA Vehicles etc. Should be conversant with maintenance and repair of drilling, mucking, shotcreting

rock bolting and concreting equipments used in underground tunneling

Concrete production plant like large aggregate processing plants, conveyor systems, Batching Plants, Crusher Plants, Ice and Chilling Parts Cable Cranes and Tower Cranes

4. Project Engineer/Field Engineer (Electrical) – Location: Project Site

Degree Diploma in Electrical Engineering with 4 to 16 years experience in hydro power or allied set up in the field of erection, protection

testing commissioning, operation, maintenance, repair of generators, transformers HT/LT swtchgears, control and other auxiliary equipment [Note-For category at Sl. No. 2, 3 & 4 above, Candidates with experience upto 12 years would be eligible for the

post of FE/S. FER.E. Candidates with more than 12 years experience (post qualification) will only be eligible for the

post of Project Engineer).

5. Design Engineer – Location: NCR

(a) Design Engineers – Degree in engineering with 4-12 years experience in design and planning of civil works of

hydropower Projects such as Dams, Barrages, Tunnels Underground work. Working experience with computers and

proficiency in STADOPRO, Primavera, any FEM Analysis Package and CADD (Micro station & Auto CAD) is must

(b) CAD Draughtsman (Civil)-DiplomaTi (Civil) with 2 to 10 years experience in Micro Station or auto CAD software. 6. Geologist (Hydro Power) – Location: Project Site

M.Tech/M Sc (Geology) with 4-16 years working experience in Hydro Electric Projects. Candidate must have knowledge rock

engineering, tunnel assessments, slope stability, preparation of geological Section and plan, Face and 3D logs, Foundation

treatment etc. Must be adept at geological mapping development of geological models, rock description, ground

investigation, in situ testing and monitoring, rock mass classification

7. Manager Assistant Manager – Location: Project Site

(a) Stores & Purchase: Degree Diploma in Mechanical Engineer PG Diploma in Material Management with 8 to 12 years

experience in Stores Material Management in large setup. Candidate should have hand-on in Receiptissue of Material,

Computerized Invertory Control Procurement, Vendor Development. Working knowledge of SAP is essential

(b) HR & Administration: MSW MBA Diploma IRPM with 8 to 12 years experience in any reputed organization having

substantial Manpower Should have strong Communication and Management skills with exposure to entire cross

functional area of HR & Administration. Incumbent should be capable of handling Training & Development, Performance

Appraisal, Employee Welfare Activities, Manpower Planning. Recruitment, Industrial Relations, Statutory Compliance,

Establishment Matters Pool Transportation, etc. Experience in dealing with contract labour local govt authorities is

desirable Experience of working in SAP is mandatory

8. Finance Controller/Asst. Finance Controller – Location: Project Site

CAICWA (CMA) with 2 to 10 years experience in relevant function Experience of working in SAP is mandatory.

(a) For F&A: Experience in managing F&A functions including preparation & finalization of statutory books of accounts,

financial statements in line with Indian GAAP preferably in a Corporate Industrial setup. Applicant must be adept at

General Ledger Scrutiny and reconciliations, statutory audit & compliance, MIS preparation & reporting including overall

supervision of routine accounting functions. (b) For Stores: Experience in Stores Accounting/Costing Inventory Evaluation and Internal Audits etc

9. Commercial Assistant – Location: Project Site

Commercial Assistant in the field of Raw Material Accounts, Stores, Logistics shall be positioned at work sites. They will be

minimum Graduate (B.Com B.Sc.) with BBA/MBA specialization having experience of approx. two years
