Experience – 8 to 13 yearsQualification – BE EEE/ECE (Part Time/Full Time)CTC – Best in the industryLocation – HyderabadIndustry – EPC Transmission & Distribution (EHV)Relocation benefits will be provided by the companyKey skills – Project Planning, Coordinator, Substation-220KV & 400KV or 765KV AIS/GIS, Transmission Line – 132KV & 220KV or 400KV, Client handling any State utility, Central utility and Private customersExperience in Managing and execution of EPC Electrical Transmission & Distribution Projects from Design / Engineering Phase till Complete Close Out.Accountable for project on-time delivery, quality compliance, cost planning and control, project margin delivery and expansion, sales, cash collection, project close out and customer satisfaction for the project cycle. Single point contact for Customer and Internal Management for the project deliverables.Finalizing the Project management plan and finalize the execution strategy of the project.Finalizing L1, L2 and L3 schedule of the project, align the schedule and deliverables in line with the contract requirement and fixing the monthly and quarterly deliverable targets for the project.Planning of project execution, manpower, Revenue, Collections etc on Daily, Weekly and Monthly, Quaterly, Halferly and yearly basis in line with the overall project scheduleRisk and Opportunity management: Identification, periodic review and ensuring mitigation/realization of risks and opportunity areas in the project.Cost Management- Project cost analysis, cost break up planning, monitoring and control. Accountable for the project costing sheet with project cost, selling price and margin.Stake Holder management – management of different cross functional teams with-in the organization such as Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance etc. and ensuring their deliverables are aligned to the project requirement in terms of cost, time and quality.Customer management – Engaging with customer, timely reporting of progress to customer, highlighting project bottle necks and coordination for timely resolution of the same to ensure timely completion of project. Ensuring clearances and approvals required for achieving the planned risk mitigation and opportunity encashment actions, while maintaining healthy relationship with customer and ensuring customer satisfaction.Contract Management- Review the contract document to understand the contract type, project scope, bill of quantities, key technical and commercial requirements, timeline requirement, quality requirement, billing milestones, cash-in milestones and close out requirement of the project and customer.Ensuring contractual documentation and communication to customer on issues related to project scope, time, cost and quality.Sub-Contractor management- Planning of sub-contracting strategy, Identification of Subcontractor for execution of works, Assessing the capabilities, Negotiating and finalizing the terms & conditions and scope matrix with contractors in line with the cost, time and quality requirements of the project, Monitoring and control of sub-contrator deliverables in line with the project requirement.Site Monitoring and Control- Site Opening, ensuring site set up in coordination with site team, finalizing Field Quality Plan in line with the project quality requirement, finalizing monthly execution targets, construction material requirement and labour requirements in line with the project L2 schedule. Monitoring and control of the finalized targets with site team and contractor and ensure timely completion of job with quality compliance. Ensuring necessary support to site team and camping at site if required to ensure site deliverables as per the project requirement.Will be responsible for the delivery of monthly sales and collection milestones and project margin as per the commitment.Contract Closure- Finalizing project close-out plan as per the contract requirement, ensuring timely completion of steps involved for closure, making the close-out payments / retention eligible for payment, ensuring collection of all payments from customer, and closing of the project in full.Finalizing site closure plan and site demobilization.Ensuring timely reconciliation of project – BOQ, materials and accounts and ensuring alignment of same to customer accounts, Sub-contractor related reconciliations, Store and material supply reconciliations.Need to have Microsoft Excel, PPT skills, Knowledge of SAP PS module and SAP related procedures for EPC projects.
