Operations & Maintenance Civil Infrastructure- Airfield Pavements(Rigid & Flexible), Airfield Drainage System,Airfield Apron,Culverts,Airfield Markings,NAVAID buildings,Airfield Perimeter of GMR Hyderabad International Airport     1. To ensure 100% uptime of Airfield Pavements (Rigid- Apron & Flexible) & NAVAID Buildings.                                     2. To ensure 100% uptime of ALS Building , ALS Compound Walls & ALS Storm water drainage system.                              3.Developing Performance metrics and KPI’s to facilitate data driven decisions.                                                                      4.24/7 Maintainance Civil to ensure optimal customer service support is provided to all maintainance departments,airport divisions,airlines,concessinares and passengers.                   5.To ensure compliances of DGCA,ICAO and any other relevant requirements.                                                               6.Preparing and presenting the fiscal analysis and budget preparataion recommendations for Capital & O&M budgets.     7.Cordinating with internal service providers and and external stakeholders.Percentage Avaialability of Systems,equipment etc,Percentage Savings on expense – Budget vs Actual
Health Safety,Environment,Quality and Regulatory Compliances                                                                               1. Drive the implementation and strict adherenece to HSE & Quality standards,Internal & External Audit Compliance.           2. Conformance of different standardsset by different external regulatory bodies such as DGCA, Bureau of Civil Aviation Security,National Building Code,ICAO etc.                   3. Conduct site Audits for Quality and Safety at works.             4. Champions program for Environment stewardship,sutainability and hazardous materials management.Zero non – comliance and unsafe incidents.
New Special Projects/Initiative                                                   1. Assist in Business Excellence programs in Civil Dept.the areas of Cost Reduction,process excellence,energy and water saving initiatives, differenct ISO standard certification, audit and implementation of audit points.Completion targets, Zero Audit non compliance, Group review meetings,No of Improvements in different sections.

  3. Shall be process driven and well versed with Civil maintainance management processes

    • Airfield Pavament Maintainance
    • DGCA & ICAO standards
    • BOQ, Estimation & tendering
    • Latest technological updates
    • SAP PM and MM module
    • Asset Management module
    • Conversant with National Building Code of India (relevant segments), Local building regulations,Fire Dept. regulations for High Rise building,Compliance to statutory norms.
    • Conversant with green building norms ISO and OSHAS standards

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS in GMR GROUP Recruitment

Degree in Civil  Engineering and certification course

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE in GMR GROUP Recruitment

6 + years of total experience in Civil Engineering Activities.
